position in account manager or FAE or PM or Product engineer or CQEor related in  OEM company

2. 3年以上销售经验,任职OEM公司客户经理、失效分析工程师、项目经理、产品工程师、客户质量工程师或其他相关岗位。
3.Good command of English.

4. Communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities.

4. 具备沟通技巧和影响力,正直,有责任感,积极主动,学习能力较强。
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

岗位职责

 

Purpose:

目的:
Conduct sales and marketing activities, and develop customer relationships / New development projects with the objectives of achieving sales target, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

从事销售及市场营销活动,发展客户关系,进行新项目开发,以达成销售目标,提高市场份额,确保客户满意。
 

Sales Activities:

销售活动:
(i) Propose and implement annual sales plan ( billing target, market share, product portfolio expansion, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs

(i)提出并执行年度销售计划(开票目标,市场份额,产品系列拓展,新项目等);进行分析以识别客户需求情况。
(ii) Promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders; convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing and obtain change approval from Key Account Manager and Sales manager in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share.

(ii)根据客户询盘和需求向其推销产品,获得订单;说服客户接受合同约定的贸易条款、报价,获得大客户经理和销售经理的变更批准,以实现开票目标并提高市场份额。     
(iii) Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.

(iii)创建并维护与现有客户的关系; 协调客户与内部部门之间的沟通,以保持客户满意度并开发新的销售机会。
(iv) Take care of the offer and negotiation with customer.

(iv)负责报价并与客户沟通
(v) Reach the defined project target (quality, capacity, timing, cost).

(v) 达成确立的项目目标(质量、产能、时间节点、成本)

(vi) Solve problems and work on profit improvement, handle technical changes.

(vi) 解决问题,进行利润改善,处理技术变更。

Marketing Activities

市场营销活动

1. Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitors information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.

1. 保持整体的市场意识;收集客户及竞争对手信息;学习并了解市场趋势;准备报告以提高市场份额,并制定扩展计划。
2. Coordinate with Marcom to organize marketing events and send catalogues and promotion materials to customers in order to promote corporate branding.

2. 与市场推广人员合作组织市场营销活动,向客户发送产品目录及宣传资料,推广企业品牌形象。
3. Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance. Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.

3.客户关系开发与维护。创建并维护与现有客户和新客户的关系; 协调客户与内部部门之间的沟通,以保持客户满意度并开发新的销售机会。
